Pricing and Acceptance: The Image Resources Group prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Complete order information must be received before orders will be accepted for production scheduling. Telephone orders are effective upon written confirmation by The Images Resources Group. Accepted orders may not be withdrawn or amended unless agreed upon by an Officer of The Image Resources Group.
Taxes: All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes and transportation costs The Image Resources Group will be reimbursed for any taxes incurred unless the purchaser is exempt from tax or is located outside Kansas. Purchaser is required to provide The Image Resources Group with evidence of their tax status.

Claims and Returns: The Image Resources Group is not responsible for damage or shortages that occur in transit or storage. Customer must note any damages or shortage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. The customer must file claims directly with the carrier. Claims against The Image Resources Group for errors, defects, and shortages must be in writing and be made within five (5) days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without written consent and shipping instruction from The Image Resources Group. Under no circumstances are cases returnable. Customer’s sole remedy for any breach of this contract is repair or replacement at the option of The Image Resources Group, of nonconforming goods. All other remedies, including without limitation remedies for consequential or incidental damages, are excluded.
Limited Warranty: The Image Resources Group warrants, the extent and subject to the limitations described in this paragraph, all The Images Resources Group equipment sold hereunder to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to the product’s instruction manual. The Image Resources Group’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty on it. Correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to The Image Resources Group, transportation prepaid, after being put into service by the original user, if The Image Resources Group is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. If the item is a custom made piece by The Image Resources group the warranty will be in effect for 1 year. This warranty shall not apply to any equipment or parts which must be replaced because of normal wear, which have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been altered by someone other than The Image Resources Group. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose and no person is authorized to give any further warranties on behalf of The Image Resources Group unless such a warranty is in writing and signed by an officer of The Image Resources Group
Other Miscellaneous Terms of Sale:
Materials: Prices for purchased products assume that all surface treatments are sold with standard material as per catalogue specifications. Custom surface treatments are subject to an increase in price over the cost of the standard treatment.
Graphics: The lead time for graphic production is 10 – 15 working days from the date of receiving a complete order. A complete order consists of a signed quote, 65% deposit and properly prepared artwork that is ready for output. Rush charges may be applied to those orders that are placed with less lead times, and any reprints are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, proofs are waived in the order is placed without the stated lead time.
Graphic prices and delivery assume that digital artwork, which is properly formatted for output, is provided by customer. Any design time necessary to prepare artwork for production will be billed at $90.00 per hour.
VAT Taxes: Value Added Taxes will be applied to international purchases, where applicable.
Rush Charges: Rush charges may be applied to any order that is not received within the normal lead time of the three – six weeks The Image Resources Group will also apply additional charges or cancel delivery of product if artwork is not properly formatted for immediate output.

THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING DOCUMENT.
All orders must be paid for in full prior to initial shipping. Any shipping and or additional costs incurred will be billed separately.
